Upcoming Rides and Events 2025

All committee members of ERA are volunteers. Please be mindful when sending entry forms in or contacting us that you are likely to not receive an immediate response. We aim to respond within 3-5 days.

We acknowledge receipt of all ride entries. Confirmation of your ride entry form and payment will be made no later than the ride closing date. 

Halloween Fun Ride – TBC

Join us at Shipley Country Park if you dare, for our popular Halloween Fun Ride. Fancy dress competition and trick or treat games, come an join in the fun. No entries will be taken on the day.

Ticknall Pleasure Ride – 6th July 

A lovely summer sunday ride around Ticknall & Robin Wood. This ride is nearly all off road along bridleway tracks, fields and woodland. See the ride poster and EntryForm for more information.

Due to committee members on holiday, a strict entry deadline is in place for the Ticknall ride! No entries will be taken after the closing date of Friday 27th June, as there will be no one to process it. No exceptions! No entries will be taken on the day either!

May Day pleasure ride – 5th May 

No entries will be taken on the day! Join us at our first ride of the year. Our May Day ride will not only commemorate VE Day’s 80th anniversary with a Red, White & Blue theme, but also celebrate ERA’s amazing 40th year! Come and enjoy country lanes, fields an bridleways around Ockbrook and Dale Abbey. 

AGM – 17th April

Our Annual General Meeting is to be held on 17th April, 7pm onwards, at the Queens Head pub in Ockbrook. Please see the poster for full details. All welcome.
